Real Estate agents to use RentTracker as an innovative marketing strategy

The strategy is to provide a mutual incentive to distribute RentTracker Lite to real estate investors. RentTracker.com predicts that a wider distribution of RentTracker Lite will boost sales via upgrades to RentTracker Pro. This marketing system is the first of its kind where a software release is customized for each point of free distribution. RentTracker.com is taking a different approach to property management software. Instead of using a stair-step pricing scheme and charging a premium for unlimited units, RentTracker.com announces one low price for RentTracker Pro. Only $79 dollars for an unlimited package!
RentTracker.com's sales strategy includes marketing towards the smaller investors (<100 units) where an affordable price is essential. In exchange for taking a lower profit margin, RentTracker.com expects to sell in a higher volume.
Also announced was the introduction of RentTracker Lite. RentTracker Lite is an introduction property management package for beginning investors that will be offered at no charge. It will include all the great features of RentTracker Pro, but only allow up to 3 units of management.
